The warranty covers critical manufacturing defects in materials, hardware and workmanship rendering product losing its basic functionality.
If the product was purchased from an authorized retailer, please seek assistance from the store the product was purchased at.
If the product was purchased from our online store, please contact us.
If a valid claim is received by Super Catalyst Lab within the warranty period, Super Catalyst Lab will repair the product without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.
If Super Catalyst Lab replaces your product, the replacement becomes your property and the original product becomes Super Catalyst Lab’s property.
Limitations of Warranty
Super Catalyst Lab’s warranty covers products purchased through an authorized retailer or the Super Catalyst Lab online stone only.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by incident, misuse, wear and tear (e.g. abrasions), the natural fading of colors or deterioration of materials over time.
