We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items discounted by 40% or more.
Partially used gift cards can't be refunded.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We want you to be happy with our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with the delivered product, you have the right to return the unused product within 14 days (from the date you received your order).

Once your request has been approved, follow the return instructions provided in the email. Item to be returned must be shipped within 14 days. We ask that you provide us with a tracking number for your returned package as soon as this is available to ensure the smooth arrival of your return.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your goods.
Please also note that, if the merchandise you received was not materially different than advertised on the items detail page, we may deduct a reasonable restocking fee and original shipping fees from the refund. (Original shipping fee range from $6 to $19 depending your shipping zone and the product)
You can select the carrier of your choice, but we recommend using traceable carrier, such as DHL or UPS.
We have the right to deny refund if the returned product does not meet our policy requirements.
Once your returned product has arrived at the warehouse and been assessed as being in a satisfactory condition for return, we will process your refund. Kindly note that this process may take up to 14 working days from the date your returned product is received by our warehouse.
Only items that have been purchased directly on supercatalystlab.com can be returned to us. Super Catalyst Lab products purchased through our official retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
